Nestled on the iconic Lake Street in North Perth, "Bootlake" a heritage-listed home transformed into a gathering space for family, neighbours and friends that celebrates life’s simple pleasures—good food, good wine, and good friends. Tasked with creating a striking focal point for the backyard, I designed and hand-painted a feature wall that embodies the spirit of connection and hospitality that defines this unique space.

The goal was to craft a piece that not only complemented the home’s historic charm but also left a lasting impression on guests as they gathered for dinner parties and catch-ups in the backyard. Drawing inspiration from the homeowners’ motto, the artwork was carefully designed to reflect warmth, joy, and the essence of shared moments.
